24/7 Support

Tinext offers an Operation service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for all the virtual infrastructures hosted at our Data Centres. With this service, we want to provide you with proactive action through the constant monitoring that Tinext’s solutions perform at your site and be quick to resolve faults and malfunctions, always in line with your internal policies and industry regulations.

Remote-hand Support

If you have devices or servers in colocation at Tinext’s Data Centres, you can use the Remote Hand Support service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As part of this service, the engineers at our Data Centre will intervene on site on your behalf, as “remote hands”, to help you manage the machines from elsewhere.

 

In more detail, Tinext’s Remote Hand Support service provides support with installing new devices, replacing faulty units, monitoring the status of the machines and managing the servers.

 

The main advantage of the Remote Hand Support service is that it allows you to focus solely on your internal activities without worrying about monitoring your machines or being forced to send staff to our facility in the event of faults or malfunctions, especially where there is a large distance between us.
